Order Arrival

When your order arrives, please check all packages for damages or carton shortages. Notate any damaged or missing products on your shipping receipt and contact our Customer Service team immediately for further instructions.

Product Returns or Damages

If you find it necessary to return an item for any reason, please help us help you by contacting our Customer Service at 1-866-549-8332 to obtain a return authorization number. This step will help us process your return quickly and accurately and is the only way to ensure you will receive a proper credit for your return. No unauthorized returns are accepted.

Sales Tax

Items ordered from Kiwanis's Kaplan Store may be subject to tax in certain states based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, less any applicable discounts. The actual taxes charged will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order invoice.
